Workers
Hand off and sign‑off. Workers pass work on, and bring decisions back to you.
A worker can hand part of a task to another worker, or run several at once. Before anything goes out, it asks you first.
Work moves down. Decisions come back up. Like any good team.
In Claren
Split the work. Bring the decision back.
A worker hands parts of a job to other workers, and they work at once. Before anything goes out as you, it asks.
It does the work alone. It asks before anything leaves the team:
- 01Posts in Slack
- 02Uses a connected tool
- 03Messages another worker
- 04Sends anything outside the team

Delegation questions
Can workers work together?
Yes. A worker can hand part of a task to another worker, or split it across several running at once.
Who signs off?
You do. The worker asks before it acts outside the team, and waits for your answer.
What does a worker ask about?
Posting in Slack, using a connected tool, messaging another worker, and sending anything outside the team.
Can I let it act without asking?
For some things, yes. You decide where it needs your sign-off and where it needn't.
Is privileged material safe?
Everything is treated with privilege in mind. Nothing crosses between matters or organisations, and every user action is kept in an audit trail.
