Claren Apps
01
Ask for it.
An app is a tool a worker builds for your team: a tracker, a dashboard, a review screen. You describe it in plain words. No template, no project, no vendor.
02
Built on your data.
It sits on your team’s datastore, so it opens with your records already in it, and stays current as workers file new ones.
03
Yours to change.
Use it beside your work, or in its own window. Ask for a new column, a new view or a new rule, and it changes. It belongs to your team.
What comes back. In the file itself.
- 01Tracked changes, in Word
- 02A comment on every change
- 03Your fallback positions, applied
- 04A summary of what's off-playbook

Contract review questions
Does it use our playbook?
Yes. Your positions go into the worker's memory once, and every contract is checked against them.
What format are the redlines in?
Tracked changes in the Word document, as a lawyer would make them.
Will we know why each change was made?
Yes. Every change comes with a comment, and a summary lists what's off-playbook.
Is privileged material safe?
Everything is treated with privilege in mind. Nothing crosses between matters or organisations, and every user action is kept in an audit trail.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Neither Claren nor our model providers train AI models on your data. This is formalised through zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
