Slack
- Connect Slack under Settings → Slack in Claren, or ask your Envoy “Is my Slack connected?”.
- Invite the app to a channel with /invite @Claren Envoys, then set up a routine for that channel in Claren.
- @mention Claren Envoys in a channel to hand something to an Envoy directly, or DM the app to work one-on-one.
- Choose which Envoy answers your DMs under Settings → Slack → Choose your DM envoy.
- Disconnect under Settings → Slack → Disconnect.
Your data
- Neither Claren nor its model providers train AI models on your data, including your Slack data.
- To access, correct or erase your personal data, write to support@claren.law, as set out in our privacy policy.

How do we get started?
Create a free workspace from Login at the top of this page, or book a demo and we'll show you your envoys on your own work.
What is an envoy?
An AI teammate. It takes on work the way a colleague would: it asks when it's unsure, does the work on its own computer and hands back the result.
Can an envoy act without asking?
Only inside the team. Before it posts in Slack, uses a connected tool or messages another envoy, it asks you first, unless you've said it needn't.
Which tools does it work in?
The tools you already use: Slack, Notion, Linear and Atlassian, and anything that speaks MCP. Connect them under Settings in Claren.
How is Claren priced?
Per seat, per month. Free costs nothing, Pro is $70 per seat and Team is $250 per seat. Enterprise is priced with your team. The pricing page has the details.
Why isn't my envoy answering in a Slack channel?
An envoy answers in a channel only when a routine listens there, or when you @mention Claren Envoys. Invite the app with /invite @Claren Envoys, then set up a routine for that channel in Claren.
Does Claren train on our data?
No. Neither Claren nor its model providers train AI models on your data, including your Slack data. Your playbook only ever improves your own envoys.
How do we delete our data?
Our terms of service set out your right to delete your data at any time. To access, correct or erase your personal data, write to support@claren.law.
