Does Claren train on our data?

No. Neither Claren nor its model providers train on your data, and we hold zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic. Your playbook only ever improves your own bots.

How is Claren different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

Where is our data stored?

In US, UK or EU data centres, with data residency options for enterprise customers. Each client's data store is segregated, and data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

How does it handle privileged material?

All data is treated with attorney-client privilege in mind. There is no cross-contamination between client matters or organisations, and audit trails are kept of user activity.
