Use cases

Obligations. No missed deadlines.

Workers pull the dates and duties out of your contracts into one tracker. A routine checks it, and tells you what's coming.

Your contracts made promises. A worker keeps track of every one.

In Claren

Told in time. Then it’s handled.

A routine checks every obligation each week. When a deadline comes into view, the worker drafts what's needed and brings it to you to sign off.

Every promise in every contract. Found, filed and owned.

Claren Apps

01

Ask for it.

An app is a tool a worker builds for your team: a tracker, a dashboard, a review screen. You describe it in plain words. No template, no project, no vendor.

02

Built on your data.

It sits on your team’s datastore, so it opens with your records already in it, and stays current as workers file new ones.

03

Yours to change.

Use it beside your work, or in its own window. Ask for a new column, a new view or a new rule, and it changes. It belongs to your team.

Obligations questions

Where do the obligations come from?

The contracts. A worker reads them and files each obligation in a tracker.

How are we told?

A routine checks them on schedule and tells you, in the app or in Slack.

What gets tracked?

Renewal and notice dates, payment and reporting duties, termination windows, and who owns each one.

Can we see them all in one place?

Yes. They sit in your team's datastore, and an app shows them the way you want.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Neither Claren nor our model providers train AI models on your data. This is formalised through zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
