Use cases

Your own CLM. Every contract, tracked your way.

A datastore holds your contracts and their terms. An app on top gives you the views you want. Workers keep it up to date.

A CLM that fits how you work. Because you asked for it.

In Claren

Contracts file themselves. Your views stay current.

A signed contract lands in the inbox. The worker reads it, pulls out the terms and files it. The figures, the renewals and your views update on their own.

Your contracts, the way your team reads them. No migration, no vendor, no new system to learn.

Claren Apps

01

Ask for it.

An app is a tool a worker builds for your team: a tracker, a dashboard, a review screen. You describe it in plain words. No template, no project, no vendor.

02

Built on your data.

It sits on your team’s datastore, so it opens with your records already in it, and stays current as workers file new ones.

03

Yours to change.

Use it beside your work, or in its own window. Ask for a new column, a new view or a new rule, and it changes. It belongs to your team.

Custom CLM questions

Does this replace our CLM?

It can. Or it can sit beside it, as the tracker your team actually uses.

How long does it take to set up?

Load the contracts and describe the views. The worker does the rest.

Who keeps it up to date?

The workers. They file each contract and its terms in the datastore as they go.

Can we change the views?

Whenever you like. Ask for a new view, and the worker changes the app.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Neither Claren nor our model providers train AI models on your data. This is formalised through zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
