Workspace
Self-organising datarooms. Workers build the records and keep them in order.
Each team gets a structured store of tables, records and files. Workers design it and fill it as they work. You read it, and build on it.
The records keep themselves. Workers file everything, as they go.
In Claren
Files go in. Records come out.
Workers read every document, file it as a record and shape the tables as they go. People read it; workers keep it correct.

Claren Apps
01
Ask for it.
An app is a tool a worker builds for your team: a tracker, a dashboard, a review screen. You describe it in plain words. No template, no project, no vendor.
02
Built on your data.
It sits on your team’s datastore, so it opens with your records already in it, and stays current as workers file new ones.
03
Yours to change.
Use it beside your work, or in its own window. Ask for a new column, a new view or a new rule, and it changes. It belongs to your team.
One datastore per team. Structured, and always current.

Datastores questions
Who designs the tables?
The workers. They shape the datastore around the work, and change it as the work changes.
Can I edit records myself?
Datastores are read-only for people, by design. Ask a worker to change a record, and it stays consistent.
Who can see a datastore?
Its team. Each team has its own, and a private team's records are visible to its members only.
Where is our data stored?
In US, UK or EU data centres. Enterprise customers can keep all of it, read replicas included, in one region.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Neither Claren nor our model providers train AI models on your data. This is formalised through zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
