Why Claren?
Claren is a new name, from the Latin clarus, meaning clear and bright. It reflects what matters most to our customers: knowing what you're getting, what it costs, and that it's done right.
The problems in legal are deep-rooted. A lack of transparency in pricing. A lack of affordability that locks out the companies that need help the most. A lack of speed when time is the one thing you don't have. We built Claren to tackle all three.
What we're building
Claren gives you AI-powered contract review, analysis, and legal research in seconds. Over the last six months, we've seen time savings on complex contracts and tasks go from 50% to 85%, with our tools now handling workflows 5x longer than before. That means legal teams spending less time on repetitive review and more time on the work that actually moves the needle.
But speed is only part of the picture. We believe the right solution to legal's problems will align incentives between clients and their lawyers. It will work end to end — matching or exceeding existing options on the market. And it will learn and grow with the people the legal industry ultimately exists to serve: the businesses and individuals who need answers, protection, and peace of mind. We're building that solution, and we can't wait to share more soon.

We're not just changing our name — we're stepping into a new chapter. We're growing our team and expanding in the US, onboarding customers faster than ever, and shipping our biggest update yet.
