Workers
Learns how you work. It remembers the people, the facts and your preferences.
Each worker keeps its own memory as it works: who is who, what was decided, how you like things done. Your playbook goes in once and is followed after that.
You explain it once. After that, it's how your worker works.
In Claren
Told once. Remembered after that.
Correct a worker once, and it writes the note down. The next time, it does it your way without being asked.
Tell it once. It keeps the rest in its own notes.

Memory questions
Whose memory is it?
Each worker's own. What one worker learns stays with that worker, inside your organisation.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Neither Claren nor our model providers train AI models on your data. This is formalised through zero-data-retention agreements with OpenAI and Anthropic.
What's the difference between memory and a datastore?
Memory is how your team works. A datastore holds the records themselves: contracts, terms, dates.
How does a worker learn?
From working with you. Explain something once, and it goes into the worker's notes: people, decisions, preferences, your playbook.
Will it follow our playbook?
As written. Your positions go into its memory, and every piece of work is checked against them.
